OMAD is great! Outside the very short window eating window, I have almost no desire to eat or drink.
I also took a nap today and a cold shower. I just needed to be more active.
How did you all do today? Are you making progress towards your ~HealthAndFitness goals?

Ran 6 miles outside with a work buddy. Lifted weights, push ups, planks. Ate & drank clean. Missed my cold soak. Legs are still cashed from that race.

Another chill day for me. Not much happening, just work, then came home to chill with kids before turning on the NBA game. Weather is much cooler the past few days and the temperature much more comfortable for running. I also bought Stellar Blade on PC and started playing that after my kids go to bed. I'm obviously playing it for the gameplay and the story, obviously.
Today's stats:
  • 150 push ups (3 sets of 50)
  • 5km run at an average pace of 5:31/km
  • cold shower
  • 14852 steps

Fellow OMADer here. Did it for abt 8 months and now do mostly 18-30 hours fasts
Lost about 18kg and now I can mostly see my abs.
Also love naps and cold showers
