Yes, these are good projects. They also prove that the USA is always capital-rich (and wants to show this to the world with such investments), and is trying to develop itself, practically trying to be self-sufficient (which, let's face it... is a very difficult task... but if it can implement it at least 80%, then we can talk about a perfect plan)
