It has been a long time coming. Sensei apparently stacked 1.5 million sats in Oct last year, so it has taken him about 7-8 months to reach this milestone. Longer than before.
Stacking sats on SN has become harder than ever. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, because if the bling bling has dimmed, what was left was his will to write.
It has remained a solid companion as he meandered his way through life this year, trying to make sense of the Herculean task that was renovation, reconciling his feelings in regard to leaving his school, and recording the trials and triumphs of parenting. He never ceased to be amazed by how Stackers of different backgrounds seemed to understand just perfectly where he is coming from. Our circumstances might be vastly different, but our responses towards things would be uncannily similar. Maybe the philosophies of chop wood, carry water and stay humble, stack sats have aligned us in spirit.

All this makes his daily grind more bearable because he feels that compounded writing might just enable him to craft his legacy*. Who knows what his future would bring? And for that, he is thankful.
