Let me guess. The enemy in this case is convenience and compliance. Right?
Wow, this is a really clever solution! Adding Bitcoin software on top of Tails OS with something like Dtails seems brilliantly practical. Definitely looking forward to giving it a spin. Thanks for sharing this innovation!
Awesome work, @sox. This is shaping up really well! 🎉
The new Autoshow feature, comments appearing live without disturbing your position, is already super smooth. The Navigator concept is equally exciting; being able to quickly jump to unread comments will be a huge fit for on long threads. And the favicon notifications? Game-changer for tab addicts, who lose track of where new activity is happening.
I also love how you're inviting feedback. That level of user-first thinking, I think is exactly why SN continues to improve.
Thanks for all the energy you're putting into enhancing the commenting experience. Enjoying and loving the momentum! Keep up with the good work.
Some days you ride the bull, some days you nap in the barn. If you wrangled three scripts and kept your cowboy essentials (hat, gun and horse) I’d call that a win. Tomorrow’s the day for the rodeo.
Yeehaw!
I was particularly struck by how the fragmented “magic words” function as both literal puzzle and emotional cipher.
Overall, I think this piece doesn’t just tell a story, it rather invites us into the emotional debris of trust broken, of love unraveling. That’s rare and powerful. So, don't trust entirely, but verify thoroughly!
Incredible work.
Just because a mobile app is on Google Play, does it mean it’s secure? Well, I think it only means it passed Google’s approval process, which is about their policies, not your privacy. Google can (and often does) refuse to list useful apps for reasons that have nothing to do with security, sometimes to protect its own business interests. Many open-source projects are distributed as APKs for exactly this reason. What matters is verifying the app’s code, maintainer reputation, and build source. Whether Google decides to host it.
Inflation isn’t just numbers going up — it’s our time, efforts, commitment, and sincerity being stolen, but yet we’re the ones innocently but ignorantly paying the price.
Excited for part 2. The how is where the real Orange-pills hit the road.
Fascinating! Love how this captures the moment when someone rediscovers belief, of course not in an old myth, but in something entirely new. The professors’ flaws, routines, and quiet amazement make it feel real.
What’s powerful is that we never see the “myth” directly; we only feel its effect. That’s how real myths work. They live in the people who believe them.
This is a powerful reminder that wealth isn’t only measured in money. Where the usual trends can fail, only those who stack generosity, resourcefulness, and community connections will survive. So, yes, “Don’t stack greed” is timeless wisdom.
