Gemini look like they've just released a new video generating function. I just asked it to generate a video of a dog running through the snow in the Swiss Alps and this is what it came up with. Amazing.

Amazing that this is what is for all intents and purposes freely available to anybody. My mind is blown.

I know we saw all this with Sora last year, but the speed at which this kind of capability is being propagated is terrific.

Visited the Victoria and Albert Museum the other day and had my tiny brain blown by this Chinese nephrite. Jade explained that most likely predates the great pyramid.

It was not a part of the museum I would typically have visited, but I stumbled in and I am glad I did. This item is one of the whole wealth of incredible objects.

What was quite interesting, and you can see it in the photo very slightly, are artefacts of how it was manufactured on its surface, that curved line.

Also, I have to say I bloody love Zane Lowe, though feel slightly sad that he has had to indulge in some absolute garbage music over at Apple Music, very far from what I perceived to be his roots at Radio 1.

I was always wary of his stuff when I was younger, it was just too weird, or maybe weirdly embedded in the establishment (a bit like U2 having one of their records released with a version of Windows), but reading about Eno's work from that time brings it all back into the realm of normalcy.

Am reading his 1995 diary and he was so interested and up on technology I would be interested in his take on everything in AI, music and art going on today!

This is great, definitely going to watch. Have just been reading his 1995 diary and am was wondering what his thoughts would be about all this technology happening to us today.
