I see your point - there are two points though, the second being most important to me...

If the characters are in any way identifiable then they can sue and making it up isn't a defence and if I used that then I could be charged with slander.

For longer than I remember I was called a liar so that the people I have written about could get away with what they did. Writing about my experiences and then saying that they were all made up - well that would go against everything that I am.
I had a conversation about this with someone - apparently (in the UK anyway), even if I was to write it as a fictional account, I could still get sued. The only way I could do it fictionally would be to write it under a pseudonym and EVEN then, if it got traced back to me, I could get sued.
I agree with you - mental health is weird!
I have explored with everything and everyone! I found peace through connecting with nature, taking walks, being in silence and learning to accept myself fully!
I can't say I hate coaches... since I am classed as one! However, I don't teach what i know - I show you what you know and support you to put the pieces together.
she really is! I remember when I decided to take charge of my life looking through you tube for inspiration as you do lol, and i must have listened to everything she has ever said in one day when I came across her!
lol... well you have just reminded me but it may take a while for me to get there! I remember and then forget again!
I have just been stalking @Athena bio (i like to know who I am talking to) and I have to agree with you!
You are more than welcome to use it whenever and however you like :)
I hope your student is doing well and I am really glad that the poem helped and I look forward to talking to you more on here :)
Aaaah "lifestyle"! It's as though we are told to walk into a shop, pick out what we think is the best looking outfit and then never wear anything different! and then the drama if we want to change things up - not necessarily from ourselves but from those around us!
I think it's a really nice poem and will resonate for a lot of people and I am all about looking from within. However, the first question I asked after reading this was... Why do we have these expectations there? Where did they come from? Why do we feel the need to do more to feel worthy?
If people want to change something about themselves then go for it - but surely regardless as to whether or not they do, they are still worth as much as the person next to them?
Why do we not think highly of ourselves for being exactly where we are now? I have been stuck in the pursuit for worthiness, and I am sure I have read this poem before?
I have found though, that by allowing myself to feel worthy, just as I am... I am then much more likely to change what I want to - for me.
