Why did you add Ethereum?
Also what happens to individuals if Casa goes out of business?
Really be passionate about what you are talking about. The interviewer can easily tell if you are passionate about something, or if it is okay.
They want someone who will go above and beyond often, so being lively, interested and excited for the role will make you stand out ten fold!
I've been hearing alot of rumors that they want to put the U.S. Treasury on the "blockchain" to track all U.S. government spending.
Thoughts on how you think this would play out? I don't think they would be using bitcoin, but if they were to use something, would they go with some private blockchain like Circle?
Would love perspective through the btc maxi lens.
I'd be curious on the total amount at the end of this as well. How much $ net net was spent this year?
Bookmarked, appreciate the share siggy... Will have to check some out, but my library is FULL right now
I think we know Trump isn't a bitcoiner and I don't think he ever will be.
I do think regulation will open up for all digital assets under his admin, but unfortunately that won't be the case. I can see him going full strength on a strategic shitcoin reserve.
Yea, I see that too! I could do better on the weight training.
My question with this is what do you do it for (other than aesthetics and ease of life)?
For running, I have a race to compete in and a PR to beat, but it seems like weight lifting doesn't have as much of these events for casuals. Thoughts?
I don't see putting myself through suffering that much, but I will say I do run long distances and marathons... After about 9/10 miles I would say I am suffering (not severely but I feel the pain).
What going through this teaches me is discipline, finishing goals I set for myself and mantaining peak physical shape.
In my day job I manage a team of power bi developers. I wonder what application is used to run the analytics for SN?
It is basic, but clean and straightforward but gets the job done. Unsure what tools are in the pipeline for more advanced analytics (Tableau,Alterix, PowerBI)?
Nice photos! Inspiring as someone who is also interested loosely in photography.
I have a Sony A6400, but I need to get the right lens.
Stackin daily... Trying to grow my cash stack as I owe a bunch in damn taxes this year... Abolish the IRS!
It really depends, but to be honest I think it is up to how the individual has used their education... For me, I learned a bit but goofed off a bunch.
I think people are starting to realize you can pretty much learn anything online for free now, and if you can't get it for free you can learn it from $12.95 on uDemy/Coursera/LinkedIn/ etc.
I appreciate this post. I want more to call out the hard truths just like this!
Unfortunately, since January 2024, I have noticed a significant leaning from Bitcoiners to a more statist view. Many of them are only about the number go up, mNAV with MSTR getting nation states to buy.
I think the world that Saylor and Fink live in with Bitcoin is extremely different than the El Zonte lightning network circular economies we have. I see two very distinct camps forming in Bitcoin now:
-
NGU/Digital Gold/HODL to the end
-
Digital Freedom, Lightning network Currency to transact, and unit of account
I really don't hear about group one talk about 2 as much, and I do hear group 2 sense a lot of bitcoiners are cozying up to #1.
Sorry for oversimplifying or summarizing it, but ever since the ETFs have come out, I have noticed people are overly fixated on government simping, BlackRock simping and saylor simping... my two sats...
The main problem I have the Zeus is it takes FOREVER to load. Once the app is fully loaded, it is good... But the time it takes just causes too much friction when I am trying to pay with bitcoin.
