What's the best way to turn paper money into bitcoin??

it sounds kind of sketchy especially in my area but a like convention I would maybe go to.

I thought about that but everywhere near me says the manager said that they cant do it :(

I was wondering what's the best way to turn m cash into bitcoin! I was thinking about normal exchanges but them I thought about me trying to be anonymous and then wondered about peer 2 peer and the fees are crazy!! This is the first place I thought of so thank you for reading!!

What's the most interesting ways you have seen lightning used?

I've Personally seen games and gambling oddly enough. but is there any cool projects that I'm unaware of that are using bitcoin lightning? Like earning or Payment processors? thanks for reading :)
