Amen to that!
I think as long as we continue to improve our own lives and focus on how we can get the most out of life using powerful tools such Bitcoin, our actions and the way we conduct ourselves will gradually attract those on the fringe of being able to break out of the fiat matrix. Everyone comes to understand the importance of Bitcoin at different and unique moments in their respective lives, so for those of us who already understand simply need to welcome them with open arms when they are ready, and continue to do our part in building out the network and community further.
LFG!
Bitcoin it to contemplate life
I couldn't agree more! I've always been a reflective individual even before Bitcoin became a part of my life, however, I have noticed that because of Bitcoin my contemplation is more filled optimism, whereas in the past, I would contemplate but a lot of what I would think about and ponder weren't the most happy thoughts. Now though, I enjoy letting my mind take me places and I don't attach myself to any of it whether it be negative or positive, I just appreciate the time and energy and space I have now to contemplate just to contemplate. I have become able to find the beauty in boredom.
It's not quite a digital detox per se, however, I have found doing multiple sessions of yoga nidra throughout the day will help me feel rejuvenated and kind of reset my dopamine levels if you will, thus allowing me to enjoy the digital world again without getting that digital fatigue feeling. Although I haven't been as consistent with it as of late, I do find setting a time in the evening say at like 10pm or so as a non negotiable time to completely go offline is a milder form of digital detox, and without a doubt helps with getting better sleep. And then from there you can gradually increase the total time of evening digital detox by say starting 5 minutes earlier every week or what have you, or even just keeping the discipline to always go offline at 10pm will add up over time.
I've actually implemented this strategy a few times, I write everything out and essentially let ChatGPT act as my editor and it cleans everything up real nicely! Thank you!
Yes I think this is what I'm going to start doing as well, and see how it works out for me. Cup of Joe and typing away!
Thank you friend! I will look into the snowflake method! Indeed, I was not expecting this amount of comments, I am gratefully overwhelmed!
It does! I'll get random inspirations where I'll just open up notes on my laptop and get after it, and the next day I'll just draw complete blanks. Just reading through SN posts and comments often inspires me! Appreciate your comment!
It can be... but I have noticed the more I practice the smoother the process becomes, maybe not exactly easier but I feel I get stuck a little bit less. Thanks!
Yes I may need to get back into physically writing. It's been a while since writing pen and paper on a regular basis. Just love the feeling typing nowadays.
