Do you have some sort of firewall setup as well?
I find it difficult to believe that this was the makings of a "person in their garage tinkering". It feels more like a thought out manhattan project type of invention to make sure that western hegemony stays ahead of the curve.
Maybe it's just me but those colors are making it super difficult to read the map. They are too similar.
I can only speak for myself:
UX is complete garbage
Tells you to login after scrolling for 2 seconds, or you can't use it
Highly politicized
Highly negative for my mental health because of the content / rage
New guy (Musk) in charge trying to be the new slave master
Censoring / banning people
There's probably more but that's off the top of my head
Are the fees lower on that than Muun?
It says on their website:
As low as 1 sat + 0.05% of the amount sent.
Is that percentage thing normal thing on these lightning wallets ? I haven't done that much transactions to know for sure.
What a cool website if the videos are hosted P2P. The videos are buffering once in a while though, I guess that's just because the peers have not allocated enough bandwith?
I don't understand why fountain.fm doesn't have a volume slider on their web player. I nearly blew out my ears when it started playing on full volume.
I'm setting them up with Muun. I know it gets hate but it's self custody and available for both iOs and Android. I tried for example to get Strike.me app but in my region it's not available. I'm open to suggestions about other lighting wallets.
Yes this is exactly what happened, it's my mistake. I thought it would work the same as with BTC transactions.
What I did was this:
Withdraw -> Lightning address -> paste the invoice there and specify custom amount
It seems there is no way to get a "lightning address" from muun wallet, you can only create a lightning invoice where you specify the amount of sats you want to recieve. I created an invoice and it worked perfectly.
