I thought it's a good idea since we are already on lightning network so it's super cheap to send tx's.

I'm setting them up with Muun. I know it gets hate but it's self custody and available for both iOs and Android. I tried for example to get Strike.me app but in my region it's not available. I'm open to suggestions about other lighting wallets.

Are the fees lower on that than Muun?
It says on their website:
As low as 1 sat + 0.05% of the amount sent.
Is that percentage thing normal thing on these lightning wallets ? I haven't done that much transactions to know for sure.

It is not super common that wallets adding a fee for transactions, if you want to handle lightning network channels manually and use blixt wallet you can get it cheaper but then you need to maintain your own node.

Muun is not a native lightning network wallet. In fact all transactions you send and receive in muun wallet is an on-chain transactions, they use something called submarine swaps for lightning network transactions, therefore the transactions can be higher in muun wallet.
