No(t yet).
A lot of things on our list, those are probably the ones happening in the very near future:
- Pushing NWC adoption (integrating into apps, platforms & tech stacks)
- Mobile Wallet for iOS and Android (using NWC)
- Further improving Alby Hub for ease of use
We're also exploring some things with nostr and think about integrating nostr more deeply into our products and combining payments & identity. (e.g. nostr remote signer)
I think our guides might be a good starting point to get started with Alby Hub:
You'll find a lot of interactive demos and videos on there.
The cool thing with NWC is that it's quite easy to implement, no matter which language / tech stack you are using. It's basically sending some (signed & encrypted) JSON messages over a websocket connection.
Very recently a bounty was claimed to bring NWC to the Arduino platform:
https://github.com/riccardobl/nostrduino
We offer quite some different flavors of the Alby Hub already: (Desktop, Cloud-Hosting, Raspberry Pi Zero - although experimental!)
As for the system requirements we recommend 2 CPU cores, 512 MB RAM and 5 GB of space on your harddrive.
Got it, thanks for your feedback! Added it to our roadmap π
We'll have to see how we can fit that into the Lightsats though. Probably more relevant for more advanced users like we target with our product.
This isn't exactly what we had in mind with Lightsats π
but nevertheless it's an interesting idea!
So instead of printing lnurl-w codes on the gift card you would like to have a lnurl-channel one, is that right?
This is all possible today by using open standards (WebLN) to integrate Lightning payments into your website.
Here is an example of how that would look like (this example is based on how far you scroll the page, but that could obviously work on a time-based model, too):
I currently don't know of any publishers that actually integrated such a pattern into their website, though.
You can just try all the widgets you see on https://widgets.twentyuno.net. If you want to see some realworld-usecases, here are some random examples:

Thanks, man! That really means a lot.
