this is an extremely thorough deep dive into the topic. Did you write this or is it from some resource you could share? Wish I found it a few months ago, would have saved me weeks of digging!
The only things I would add are those very specific definitions in the U.S. tax code of who exactly is a U.S Person (a federal govt employee) and what is a "trade or business (a corporation under the direct control and jurisdiction of the federal govt i.e Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac).
People open their turbotax every year and sign under penalty of perjury saying "durr I'm a US Person conducting a trade or business" without realizing what they are certifying under very serious consequences.
while i already studied a lot of this it took a lot of sifting through to get there.you put it all together in an incredible way! bookmarking this to send to others.
You bring up an interesting point at the end on how to answer the question of being a US Citizen. Your response to that question is a bit wordy but I cant think of something better-I don't fully buy into the "state national" arguments. Would be great to have a 2-5 word answer for this.

start9 has sparrow and self hosted bitwarden (vaultwarden). just set up the laptop as a start9 node and access it through your LAN/ Tor.
I've notice with a lot of figures who talk about living in the private they always refer to very old versions of Black's Law from the 60's (4th,5th, 6th mostly) while 12th edition is now in print. Why is that? Are more recent versions cucked on these topics?
very useful. thanks! have been many times but hope to visit many more.
also useful to note that you can use one city's public transport card (like tokyo's suica) in most other major cities. transportation in Japan is refreshingly convenient across the whole country!
plastics are literally everywhere and in every thing. there would need to be a significant transition period where new replacement materials can be discovered if we don't want to go back 150 years in technology.
interesting but less useful without assessing the opportunity cost of what a normal insurer would have cost. Also ,you're not supposed to "profit" from insurance. you're paying for peace of mind against catastrophic ilness or injury.
a lot of plebs will go through this over the coming cycles. it's a difficult spot but gives one time to redefine life based off their own internal values and following their own curiosity instead of those success markers foisted upon them by societal norms.
@lux posts tidbits on how each and every day! (and they're greatly appreciated)
what about the cat returns!?
weirdly great movie. not my all time favorite but deserves so recognition as a sleeper.
