Yeah, sadly the post office rejected my request and it’s going back to you. 2 hours in line for some burnt out man yelling at me that nothing could be done (the package was behind him). Normal and expected behavior from Italy Post

We are worried about the item being shipped back to us soon! In our system it still marked as "on the way"!  Have you had a chance to collect it from customs?
