I’ve been failing miserably at this goal. I’ve tried using many tools without success. I realized these are just crutches while I’m not actually willing to solve the problem, since it’s simple to just go to sleep at a certain time knowing I have to wake up at a certain hour.
I need to practice more self-control and negotiation, knowing that my present self is going to harm my future self by spending two more hours doing things I could have done earlier or simply didn’t need to do.
