I hope you are right about people seeing the crypto nonsense. I think that might be true of the memecoin part but I don't think its true of crypto in general. I think most people don't like crypto at all and just lump bitcoin in with everything else. Memecoins are a part of that. But in the crypto space I think memecoins are being discredited by Trump's nonsense. Just a feeling I have though.

You are probably right that most people in general have a negative attitude towards crypto and lump bitcoin in with it but I do think some folks are coming around. I don't see much interest growing interest in crypto like the previous bull markets. I think that's a good thing.

Yeah, I don't see growing interest in bitcoin either though.

From institutions there is. I know that's not the interest we want but it seems like the interest we are going to get this "cycle" (if cycles are still a thing).

Yeah, 100%. A couple weeks ago it hit me that a ton of people just are gonna miss the boat. I was asking myself what is going to take for people on the street to take notice again?
On the macro at least I think the plebs are gonna miss bitcoin. The people that are open to it had their chance and decided. Now the institutions/elites are aping in. By the time it becomes "accepted" to be in on bitcoin much of the front running will be over.
Not to be negative because even if bitcoin's spending power doesn't improve it will not be inflated so its still gonna help people no matter when they start adopting bitcoin. But its just a shame. You can't force a horse to drink. They have to decide. And people are no different. They just aren't thirsty yet.
