I was glad to hit my step goal today, since it's gloomy and rainy here. Once again, I ate too many cookies. Gotta stop being a cookie monster.

What is your step goal?
I was going to run during my kids' art class, but my little one wanted to come and hang out with me. So I ended up playing with him on a playground and we also went grocery shopping. Got myself a 1L bottle of Dr. Pepper, sugar overload, haha. Still went for a run when I got home from art class though, so that's good.
Today's stats:
  • 150 push ups (3 sets of 50)
  • 8km run with average pace 5:33/km
  • cold shower
  • 21,037 steps

Great stats!
My step goal depends on what target I get from the sats rewarding apps I use. Yesterday it was only 7500, but I do try to get them all from productive activity.
I'm hoping to get some bigger targets from Workit challenges soon.
