Oof, as if US trade policy isn't hard enough to follow.

From what I can tell, the EU initially approved tariffs that would begin April 1st, but they postponed those until mid-April. Then, before April 14th, Trump and the EU agreed to mutually postpone their new tariffs for 90 days.

So, it seems that there never were any new EU tariffs on American goods.
