Me personally, I love calisthenics. And I cannot not do yoga. Also, I'm very much into music, including hip hop, trap, drum & bass. Attending to all those (and other) interests (and responsibilities) on a daily basis can be time-consuming or outright impossible. So, quite often, I like to mix stuff up. Not just to save time, obviously. But also because it's fun. And; mixing things you already know (to an extent, at least) into new combinations, is a lovely way to both:
- feel somewhat competent and capable in your activity
- feel the novelty of doing something completely (or at least somewhat) new
So, example: a combined yoga + pushup session to a Chase & Status track:
I also love the beach and hiking and sometimes will do yoga and/or pushup sessions while on the beach or on a hike, but haven't done that as much as I used to, honestly.
