Human choice is what defines the action as good or bad. I own a business. As a business owner, I set the wages, I supply the gear, I dictate the environment conditions, I provide the benefits, and many other entrepreneurial tasks. So if the workers are mistreated by having them work in poor conditions with subpar gear, whose fault is that? The entrepreneur's, not capitalism.
