Good art will be appreciated I think creativity is down the shitter although the work may be new there is no passion behind it and it shows to real appreciators should be buying the art because u love it not because its an investment piece. But slowly this is the shift that happened in to create the art bubble now investors r playing follow the leader since no one's buying expensive pieces and the others that wanna be in the club r following those actions
