Number 1 is still 3 to 4 times cheaper than average of my country, and in cities it's even worst. And we have one of the stronger fiat, making it much harder and slower to best prices using Bitcoin as saving.
Stacking Bitcoin early in such cheap countries is the cheat card to escape fiat slavery. If I had not family/friends attachement in my region, I would have left long ago.
Yes, it's cheaper, but with the salaries in these countries, it's almost impossible to own a home. The ideal would be to generate first-world income and third-world expenses. Venezuela isn't on this list, but small houses in remote villages can be found here for up to $3,000, and in major cities, they can be found for as little as $15,000.
