I finished my Workit step challenge today, but still ate too many snacks and kept eating too late into the evening. I also was just more active in general: chores, errands, playing with the kid and dog, etc.

How did you all do today?

These past few days have involved eating some junk food — lots of birthdays around, so there’s been snacks, barbecue, cake, brigadeiros on the actual days. I’m still losing weight even with these off days, because I’ve kept up with my daily diet.

I took a "walking test" with my oura ring yesterday, the results were very encouraging, and filled me with joy

I'm using the generation 4, the latest one. It's really cool... BUT you have to submit a lot of personal information. I'm Just hoping they'll never renege on their promise never to sell or share personal data.

Keep at it and chip away. I’ve gone more and more single ingredient foods. A bowl of Greek yogurt with fruit and nuts a few chocolate chips :-) much better than ice cream!

I crushed the day! Ran outside in the sun and ate well and did strength training!

Very nice! I usually do better on sunny days.

Nice! I also feel like a bad ass when my neighbors see my running outside every day even in horrible temps and rain!
