Surely I won't do as good of a job as @IamSINGLE, but done is better than perfect.
I'll aim to do these towards the end of the day and we can reflect on what we did well and what we didn't. Your goals are your own, but public accountability is usually helpful in staying on track.

How did you do today?
I finally went for my first long run (I consider 15km+ to be long runs) since my marathon at the beginning of the month. I did one 10km and two 8km runs in the last 3 weeks, but did not go for a long run since May 4th. Ran 22km today at a steady but not great pace, 5:33/km. Got lots of steps though, almost 28k steps for today. Felt good to be sweating a lot, breathing heavy, and be under the sun for 2 hours.

After coming down from the extreme of a marathon, are these long runs a breeze or do you adjust back pretty quickly?
reply
I think it depends on pacing. If I try to push at a faster pace, it feels hard even if it's a 5km run. Long runs are never a breeze though, as they are still a good amount of exercise. I also don't try to push the pace when doing long runs. So I would say it feels more like a routine long exercise, but not a breeze.

I went swimming. I had margaritas. I’m getting a poke bowl with brown rice and spring mix for dinner
