On of the cool things about being on podcasts is get to actually observe myself like I’m someone else.
One thing I’ve noticed is that I tend to self edit in the middle of sentences so I say things like 3x slower than the thought requires.

i thought you were great. generally people need to speak a little slower and clearer whereas the tendency is to rush themselves in situations like this. If listeners want faster they can always play sped up.
