maybe :) - I think it can be used on any network of course, but the restriction of 80 bytes makes my tool excellent to send a specific type of messages over it, and this way you can do it more compact. It will help, I'm sure.

Yes u are right, but not sure that u can insert those charset in 80 byte of OP_RETURN
