I picked up six random rocks on the beach today only to find they stacked up like this little man

Shortly after taking this picture, they collapsed (maybe the vibrations from the car radio) and the thin one on the bottom broke in half

Now, looking at them on my shelf makes me a little sad because these stones will last longer than I ...

The Little Man sits here looking after my family but belongs on that beach

One day, I will bring The Little Man to the beach and toss those stones back into the icy water

One day, or - I hope someone will do it for me, if I never get around to it.
