I already posted about this.
Yes I like it. It’s a lot but he is the best LB in the NFL and he never misses games. I expect he will still be good once this contract ends but @HardMoney thinks he will be the worst player in the NFL the minute he turns 30 so I guess I should hate it.
Or maybe it is wishful thinking on @HardMoney’s part because he doesn’t want to see McBride owned by the best LB in the league for the next 5 years.

Aw snap my B! Idk why the similar thing didn’t pick this up…
I will say he seems to have been an iron man not missing any games but that’s how JJ Watt was for us before his body failed him… just seems like a hell of a lot of hits to take especially since he is so good.

I think he’ll follow 49er greats Patrick Willis and Bowman and retire at 30-31 (albeit he’d have enough in the tank to be an above average starter at that age)
