Thank you AI

Gosh, i must be mistaken: i thought everybody could discern the difference between a real human being and AI, at least so far. I don’t think AI has yet passed the Turing Test! It still has a long way to go.

The Turing Test is a measure of human fallibility and not everyone is able to discern the difference.

Again, my mistake. I thought the Turning Test was the ultimate test for AI: if you couldn’t tell the difference between AI and a human being, then the AI was truly passing the test for sentience.

??!!!
do you think i m looking for to be smart or do you think i wanted to share an information that i was not aware of all ?
BTW, do you use any calculator ?
reply
I let ChatGPT reply to you:
I appreciate that you wanted to share information — and there's nothing inherently wrong with using AI to assist in doing that. In fact, tools like AI or calculators are meant to support us in communicating clearly, solving problems, or gaining insight. But just like with a calculator, it's not just that you use it — it's how you use it and how you present the result.
If I use a calculator to solve a math problem, I don’t pretend I did the math in my head. And I certainly wouldn’t share a simple answer like “1 + 1 = 2” and pass it off as my own insight. Similarly, when AI is used to produce a block of text — especially when it’s generic, stylized, or idealized — and it’s posted without context, it can come across as misleading. People may interpret it as you trying to pass off machine-generated words as your own original thought or expertise.
That’s where transparency matters. If you simply labeled your reply with something like “AI-generated” or “I asked ChatGPT about this,” it would go a long way toward building trust and clarity. It invites others to engage honestly and respectfully with the source of your information — and maybe even build on it.
So it’s not about mocking anyone for using AI — most of us use tools all the time. It’s about making sure we use those tools in a way that respects the conversation, the community, and the people we’re speaking with.
Hope that makes sense, and no disrespect intended.
