Didn't say I would do it ... just that the incentives are clearly aligned that way
They are... ideological positions are murdered economic incentives. This is literally what the fiat economy should HAVE taught us. It's game theory and it doesn't care about your ideological position.

the "ideological position" of all OG bitcoiners made happen that bitcoin it is what is it is today. NEVER FORGET THAT.
Is such a shame that nowadays so called "bitcoiners" only see Bitcoin as a crap "digital gold"

I think people get confused when I am talking about the masses or the fiat minded bitcoin users and the vanguard. The vanguard are the edge of the spear. We should be very ideological and most of us can't help but be that way. But the masses are not ideological about fiat or money, politics, or much of anything now. They aren't gonna change and bitcoin isn't gonna change that. They will be forced to use bitcoin just as they are forced to use fiat today.
So I am never saying bitcoiners should change their minds and be more fiat. No, but rather if we can understand people we will be better equipped to live in this world.

Indeed both are true. My point is bitcoin wins without ideological conversion of the masses. Most people don't even think so... you can not get to them intellectually. But yes, ideological bitcoiners are always gonna be needed and bitcoiners should not settle. I'm not settling, just observing facts on the ground.
