This is exactly when the shift from the CDC to the security state apparatus was made!! From then on we were the military’s Guinea pigs, with their emergency biowarfare countermeasures. It was very curious that one day the policy was scientifically sound and the next day a crock of shit. As a veteran, I can say that the military, especially the higher echelon brass, doesn’t give a hot damn about the enlisted or lower ranking officers. This is just another reason Milley should end up as a tree ornament after a tribunal and being stripped of all rank.
