Ok crew. Thanks for holding me accountable. Felt like 83 degrees but I pounded out 3 mile intervals at an average of 5:27 pace, negative splitting them all. 5:38, 5:27, and dropping the hammer with a 5:18! Train like you want to race with positive visualization! Let’s go!
