Sats will get converted to CCs when you try to do something that you don't have enough CCs for. You shouldn't need to think about it.

e.g. if you have 10 CCs and 200 sats, and do something that requires 100 CCs, it'll use 100 sats. You'll end up with 10 CCs and 100 sats after.
