So after we not even finish to explain to a nocoiner how a LN channel works and liquidity and such, then we have to start again explaining how a vLN channel works... LOL poor nocoiners.

maybe will be so seamlessly usable that will be not requirement to explain it? How many know how HTTP works? And everyone is using HTTPS nowadays. Not sure why I'm optimist in Ark, or I should study it more and prove myself wrong

I lost hope in people. Just few days ago I tried to onboard some nocoiners.
Is hopeless. They are totally dumb.
How many know how HTTP works?
This bullshit doesn't apply to Bitcoin.
It apply only if they just use custodial crap. because you have to explain them first what the fuck money is... they don't know.

We cannot save everyone. I assume many will die with CBDC as is already happening! You cannot force everyone into it, it must come from them and they should have at least the need to change first, and the will to find something better from what they already know.
Anyway, I was referring to LN vs vLN channels, not bitcoin. They definitely should study onchain dynamics and avoid dumbness.

idk man, I have the feeling (as bitcoin educator, dealing with many nocoiners every fucking day) that for more things we add to bitcoin, harder will be for a nocoiner to understand it and use it, no matter how simple you make the wallet app.
A real Bitcoin user MUST understand at least at basic level how his sats are flowing and why like that, otherwise, at the first issue they have will be lost, or at least they would know what and how to avoid issues. A well informed and educated user worth 1000x more than 100 clueless users that just click on buttons.
I do not want to see clueless normies clicking buttons... just for the sake of simple UX app ("we don't have to explain the user how it works")

those are easy to scam with shitcoins.
But a well educated bitcoin user is really hard to scam.

It's a cultural issue, we have been flooded with it for so long, not may are willing to unlearn. People want to control what they can not! Not even trying to learn the how tos, they just want it! We know how it ends... painful screws on their back with a lot of salt and sand!
