i got paid a few times for cleaning out or rearranging people's garage, basement, or attic; as long as u protect ur breathing and absorbing surfaces, it can be a fun job; unfortunately, there will be a lot of dead boomers soon, as well as bankrupt peeps; with that will come many home foreclosures or family takeovers who do not want any of the old scrap; it is going to be easy to hire a few extra hands and drive around! i doubt any regulation will affect that job sector... what are they gonna do, ask for a certificate of proper disposal competency?
