Can't believe we're back for another week already. WTH.
On the upside, we acquitted ourselves honorably this week, methinks.
Sunday: 100, in sets of 10 and 15. No bs, no cheating.
Monday: 115, including personal best of 25(!) pushups in a single set (#973908). Insane.... oh, also 1x 8minute Chris Heria, and 2x5 pull-ups in the park.
Tuesday: 45 (3x15), pus 2x5 pullups outside. Lazy rest day, uhh... also had ice-cream.
Wednesday: GROUND-HOG DAY, 3x15 for 45 and nothing extra

.... what! The day we return to 100k I fail to do #100adayuntil100k?! Yeah, unbelievable. (In my defense, I suppose I just miscalculated... Oh, also Judo in the evening (#851054) where I diiiid do 10 warm-up pushups, so I guess 100 por fin!
Friday: 96 my god, what! I did another personal best set of pushups... 26 in one go, no stops no rests no nada. what is happening to me?! (We crushing it these days, @Aardvark.) Also: 1x Chris Heria core routine.
Saturday: well, not over, but went for a short walk, have 3x15, but will eat Pizza tonight so total lazybone mode activated.
Daily average of 84, so we are definitely getting there. Consistency is key, frenz.
