Hmm, interesting problem. I wonder what could solve it? Maybe pay to post?
I propose to move all Bitcoin Dev talk to stacker.news ~coredevs territory and set a high posting fee to limit spam but still retain free speech.

Yes. Github is not for talking and debating. Is only for presenting real reviews, issues, testing and post code.
SN is the best place to DISCUSS before doing all that above. Seems that people are confused and consider Github a forum.
