If you have a Ledger or Trezor, adding a a passphrase is a MUST, but before sending any amount, be sure you are able to access to the wallet, so as @02daadf9a3 said, delete & restore it to be sure.

I'd add avoid to use the manufacture software (Ledger Live, etc) and access to your wallets using Electrum and if you want to add another safety layer use TAILS.
