A friend recommended Stacker News to me. Getting started was easy and friendly. I'm used to writing my notes in Obsidian, so I already have experience with Markdown.

I’d say I have an intermediate experience with Lightning. I’m planning to eventually run my own Lightning Node, although I still have a lot to learn.

I haven’t read the FAQ yet, but I will – thanks for the reminder! And yes, I knew I needed to connect a wallet to receive sats; that was one of the first things my friend told me.

My first week on SN has been excellent. I'm learning how zap management, rewards, and publishing work.

I haven’t seen @plebpoet’s latest zine yet.

What I love the most so far is the warm welcome from the community and the variety of topics. The only downside for me is the lack of posts in Spanish.

And no – the questions were not too many at all!
