this "reserve" cost me 41k sats, paid to my local delivery guy.
It's a stock pile to bring it to my "citadel" building site. I want to make a test with beer cans to build a covering wall.
Of course I would have to drink those beers anyway :) I also bought some packs of cement from the same delivery guy, also paid with sats.
Just to clarify: I am literally paying anything I need to a local guy that he have a grocery shop in my local area and he's making also a lot of deliveries. So I just tell him what I need and he can take care of it. He always look for discount offers and low prices and he's happy to be paid in BTC. I do no move any finger for anything, I receive anything I want at my door. That's why I do not post too much in these weekly SN "what purchase you made?" because doesn't make sense to post here anything I use in a week. I will spam the hell this post :)

You welcome to spam 🤣 Always surprise me to know how many providers around you are accepting sats. Do you know if this delivery guy pay his providers in sats too?

For the moment only one: the fruit-man that I onboarded too. So I put them in contact and now the fruit-man is his supplier in the summer, paid in sats. The grocery guy mainly wants to save these sats from me, are his savings practically his retirement plan. But he told me that if his BTC income it grows he's willing to pay more suppliers and employees.
There are another 2 people paying him in sats, but are not locals, they are more tourists coming every 2 months for few days and when they go to buy some groceries, they find out that he accept BTC and now they are usual BTC customers. Word is spreading slower, we don't want to make too much "noise" about. In fact we are just helping each others: I have BTC, he wants BTC. Simple, I just buy from him with sats and Saylor get shit.

yeah watch out on creating next bitcoin tourist attraction! Locals need to enjoy their space too and it is important to grow the local internal economy more than relaying only on external flows.
