pull down to refresh

We are back for another exciting week of workout reporting.
(some prev issues... ain't gonna repeat all the links: #960497, #855544, #906900)
Monday: 35 + 2x5 pull-ups in park (also a migraine... this sharp spring sun is a mess) Tuesday: 65 starting to do rounds of 15 more frequently now... also the daily 2x5 pull-ups outdoors Wednesday: 90 (15 + 5x15) + 8 pull-ups... (why 8? fuck knows; we weak...) Thursday 125 (one round of 1x20... we getting the reps up, man!) also 1x Chris Heria 8-minute core exercise. Friday: we sore and lazy today... 71 Saturday: 90 5x10 (+10+15+15) emergency just now, to be at least in respectability territory. Also 2x5 pull-ups in the park (+3 Saturday bonus ones) and a looong hike (wet grass...) down the next fjord over...
I count a daily average of 79, which might be a record...not because I consistently hit 100 (lol, only once this week...) but because I overdid some, ha SYMMETRY!
No yoga (#933248) this week, but two-three breathing-medication sessions (#933248).

...iiiiiin other news: We are back to sea swimming (well, technically meltwater-lake swimming today but whatever).
And no; that's not dirt —@Aardvark is the dirty pig, not me— but ice covering the lake... just very, very clear so the lake bottom strangely shines through in the photo.
I'm quite familiar with post arctic winter extreme paleness
