If you're staying at a place where the host will be present, you can probably get away with it. If you're staying in one of those Airbnb's that doesn't actually have a host, then you're probably screwed.

where in US? you might try to get some stacker to order on your behalf
also, hotels often allow for visitors to have items delivered... so if you have a hotel planned, just ship there
