What you saw in Spain and Portugal was just a game to play with sheeple reaction... It's all about inflicted fear... FEAR = CONTROL You are so easily controlled.... you were being tested. When internet/electricity is gone, you have way more other important emergencies to take care than how your sats are going... FOOD, SHELTER, WATER, SECURITY. I am sure almost none of them were prepared for this "testing exercise".... they were mostly like chickens without heads, only trying to blame somebody else for their own mistakes.
