I would not pay too much attention to that site "criptonoticias". Is full of bullshit. Even that is in spanish.
And it wasn't "Europe's blackout", was just Spain and Portugal, slightly affected France.
And it was just a test for clueless normies, to see how they react to such cases.
People should keep in mind that ANYTHING that happen in this (fucked up) world is not random and is based on the pattern: (create the) problem, (wait for) reaction, (come up with) solution....
People nowadays are so easily manipulated and kept in fear... And fear is the weapon of control.
Actually, out of all these places, I focus on the interesting elements. In this world full of 'information and misinformation,' I try to take the best possible. Although it's clear that Bitcoin doesn't need people's trust, it's people who need Bitcoin. From this, I gather that banks and financial services fail during power shortages, while Bitcoin overcomes any contingency

En realidad, de todos estos sitios me concentro en los elementos interesantes. En este mundo lleno de "informatización y desinformación" trato de tomar lo mejor posible. Aunque queda claro que Bitcoin no necesita de la confianza de las personas,, que son las personas las que necesitan de Bitcoin. De esto tomo que los bancos y servicios financieros fracasan en déficit eléctrico, Bitcoin supera cualquier contingencia.
