@Satosora I remember you said you are still using some legacy wallets. Be aware that you will have to migrate them, as I told you many times to do.
Bitcoin Core #31250 disables the creation and loading of legacy wallets, completing the migration to descriptor wallets that have been the default since October 2021 (see Newsletter #172). Berkeley DB files used by legacy wallets can no longer be loaded, and all unit and functional tests for legacy wallets are deleted. Some legacy wallet code remains, but will be removed in follow up PRs. Bitcoin Core is still able to migrate legacy wallets to the new descriptor wallet format (see Newsletter #305).
I just caught this thread!! Panic time!! I use legacy wallets, too. As a recognized expert in the BTC field, what wallets would you recommend and how would I make them? Thanks in advance for any help that you can give me.

Thanks for the tutorial. I will be adding this to my information and changing wallets, real soon now.
There is no way they will make these wallets obsolete.
You just arent able to create and load them, it doesnt mean they have to be migrated...right?
does that mean opendimes dont work anymore?
What's up with the Optech newsletter?
What do you mean, is there something that needs to be fixed? I could take a look if you let me know what you discovered.
