Open source is the most viable and suitable solution, always. see the BTC code on Github. Bitcoin is an invaluable protocol for having applications that are still inconceivable. The core protocol is ready and should not change, everything else will be developed above layer 2.

Так там все написанно! код открытый! все доступно простым языком.! нужно иметь открытый исходный код!
Как заморозить код днк в код биткоина на неопределенно долгое время? (владелец этой днк получает каждый 25 лет 25% от заложенного количества монет)
