Finished a workshop for teachers that took half my life and all my time away. It was centered on AI, and trying to concoct a secret sauce based on my prompts elevated the stress I was facing. I literally worked up to the last minute in which I was to present my portion.
Despite my hard work, I didn’t feel all that accomplished after the session because I think some of my participants were feeling kinda confused. Other participants did what I instructed, but were unable to generate questions relevant to their subject discipline.
Which explains why I’m totally spent now. Still have to endure a second shift in which I parent my kids until their nighttime.
How is sheer exhaustion like for you?
