I have not tried. I am not sure how one could coordinate simultaneous sending a lighting transaction and closing channel on chain at the same time.

Won't the local reserve remain on yoir side in this way (in other words - have you tried this 🤔)?

It would be two different transactions.
1. An lighting transaction to send local balance.
2. An on chain transaction to close the channel.
