My surprising entry into the Bitcoin rabbit hole was accompanied by more effort to set aside time for reading... Wow! I discovered a Super Power (BITCOIN) Now I must make an effort to learn everything related to it and do it well! My mind needs more memory when it comes to storing information, and this (Root Method) I think it's great... I hope you can apply it and it improves your ability to understand better!! ⚡📙📚
It's a really interesting method, but it's quite laborious and that's why most people won't use it. I think the best way to understand a book or to make it stick in your mind is to reread it. With each reread, you feel like you are reading a different book. The best way to imprint something on your mind is through repetition. I think it is more practical to apply the method I mentioned. Of course, this is just my opinion. Everyone can think differently.

Wow! That's also true... I remember when I was about 16, I had my appendix removed and was on bed rest for a month. Looking to occupy my mind, I started reading "The House of the Spirits" by Isabel Allende. That novel was wonderful, and when I finished it, almost subconsciously, I started reading it again! It's certainly been years, but I still remember most of that excellent story!

That's why I keep the books I read, or I don't like to lend them to others.
