Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez said today that there is no "conclusive information" on the cause of the power blackout.
I'm surprised there still isn't any information.

The limited info I have seen is "officials" saying it happen outside the country. (aka: don't blame us).

Portugal's government said the incident appeared to stem from problems outside the country, an official told national news agency Lusa.
Side note: I wonder how much Hash rate might go down by during the blackout.
